Servant Leader Foundations

Discover yourself through the DISC assessment, Leadership Practices Inventory 360, and The Leadership Challenge framework—learning how great leaders model the way, inspire vision, challenge the process, enable others, and encourage the heart.

Part 2

Strategic Capabilities

Leaders build core capabilities including strategic thinking, decision-making, innovation, leading change, and team effectiveness—while grounding their growth in servant leadership, character formation, and responsibility for others.

Part 3

Application & Impact

Leaders apply their learning to a strategic challenge defined by program sponsors, with guidance from our coaches. Managers are engaged alongside participants to facilitate immediate application opportunities and reinforce learning transfer to daily leadership practice.

Biblical Foundations for Leadership Formation
